colten.com some people just stay with you. I met Colten back when I lived in Charlottesville, and his passion, energy and humor is something that I've always remembered as one of the good things I took with me when I left.

fishlung.com - Drew has been a driving force behind much of the art of my adult life, and also used his talents to color the cover of 3 of my comics collections. He has a brilliant and witty mind, and and an irritating habit of almost always being right.

pieces of quiet is the extensive volume of work from one of the most brilliant artists i have had the great good fortune to meet. i don't just say that because i know him, but because being allowed to see the world through his eyes has the breathtaking quality of feeling like you're seeing the world all new again.

60 BPM is the online world of one of my best friends. Though, conceivably, using the information on his site, you could go as far as to research his family tree and see if you are in any way related, I would especially recommend downloading MP3s of his music to listen to. He changes the selections every week, and updates with movie and music reviews, journals and other fun projects so often that it makes me ashamed of myself
